Here is how a typical project progresses from first conversation to completed building.

Initial Consultation
We begin with a meeting. No forms, no questionnaires — just a direct conversation about what you are trying to achieve, where, and why. We will tell you honestly whether it is something we can help with, and what that might involve.

Concept and Design
Once instructed, we develop an initial design concept based on your brief, the site constraints, and our own considered view of what the building should be. You will see ideas at an early stage and we will refine them together until the design is right.

Planning
We manage the planning process on your behalf — preparing and submitting the application, liaising with the local authority, and handling any queries or revisions. We know how to present a scheme to give it the best possible chance of approval.

Technical Design and Build
Approved designs are developed into a full set of construction drawings and specifications. We work closely with the build team throughout, ensuring that what is constructed matches what was designed. This is where our understanding of construction pays for itself.

Completion and Handover
We remain involved until the building is complete and you are satisfied. Snagging, final inspections, and the close of the project are handled with the same attention as everything that came before.
