A significant residential development proposal for 40 apartments within the heart of Bolton town centre. Rising to seven storeys, the scheme has been carefully conceived to optimise a constrained urban site while contributing positively to the evolving character and density of the central area. The design was developed as a policy-responsive town-centre intervention, with particular attention given to delivering a strong architectural presence and a high-quality residential offer without reliance on Gateway funding.
