The Glen, Bolton

A substantial 6,000 sq ft residential renovation centred around the transformation of an existing split-level property. The design carefully reworks the internal arrangement, architectural character and relationship between levels to create a more coherent and contemporary family home. Particular attention has been given to improving spatial flow, natural light and the connection between principal living spaces, while retaining the qualities of the existing building.
